Hot property specials on new NZPIF member only section

Specials from Generation Homes can now be accessed through a member only section of www.generation.co.nz. Have a look now!
New Zealand Property Investor Federation members have a unique new
service where they can access new home specials at prices not available
to the general public
New sponsor of the New Zealand Property Investors’ Federation, Generation Homes has created a new section to its website in which NZPIF members are the only people who can access it. On the site members will see specials on properties from Tauranga, Hamilton, Rotorua, Taupo and soon Gisborne. 
 
"This site will be offering NZPIF members hot specials on specs, new builds and up and coming show homes" said John Miles Marketing and Development Manager of Generation Homes.
 
"It is our intention as part of the sponsorship of NZPIF to give its members first look at investor specials. We have dropped the prices for NZPIF and with the special deals we have in place, new show homes could be over $50,000 below retail price as well having a guaranteed rental return for two years," said John.
 
NZPIF members just need to go to www.generation.co.nz and click onto investor login and follow the instructions to get their login.
Generation Homes is expanding and will be able to offer more investor
specials in different areas around New Zealand. It operates a Joint
Venture model where it partners locals to start new Generation Homes
businesses. 
 
"We have just started on this expansion and have new
partners in Gisborne and Taupo," said John. "There may be some NZPIF
members who would be ideal partners for us. We are looking for locals
who are hungry, go-getters who like to deal in property and sniff out
deals. The construction will largely look after itself due to our
superb systems. We need people who can sell and like to network in
their local community. They have to want to close deals and then look
for more deals".
