There has been a continuing decline in the total number of rental properties being advertised on www.trademe.co.nz and www.realestate.co.nz

Although the national total number of rental properties being advertised on the two most used websites for this information, there have been some regional differences and some increases in specific areas.  Regional details are outlined in this spreadsheet
